Over 13 years of working with clients has taught me that everyone wants to be in balance and find flow in their lives. No one wants to struggle, and no one wants to feel unwell. The problem is most people don’t know how to do this on their own.

We are overwhelmed with information and our current western mindset likes to fight the problem, mask the symptom and get as far away from it as we can. Chinese Medicine invites us into a NEW way of thinking about life.

Over 20,000 acupuncture treatments have taught me that getting to the root of the illness is a full time, body AND mind gig. We MUST address our thoughts and emotions and listen more intently to what our body is telling us if we want to live in more harmony.

I don’t believe in protocols or Band-Aids. I simply want to talk to others who are engaged in living a fulfilling well-rounded life. I want to share the keys and basic principles so that you can understand what you need when you are feeling off.
