Fire is supported in this essential oil blend through Wild Orange essential oil, Lavender essential oil, Marjoram essential oil, Geranium essential oil and Cinnamon essential oil.
Each oil has been selected because of its specific relationship to the Fire element and how they harmonize the relationship of Fire to the other elements.
Wild Orange Essential Oil – This playful and abundant oil harmonizes the relationship between the Heart, Lung and Stomach. It helps move emotional stagnation and reminds opens us up to joy.
Lavender Essential Oil -So much can be said of this popular essential oil. It soothes, it calms, and it gently moves us in the direction of our Heart wish. Harmonizing the relationship between the Lung, Liver and Pericardium organs, it smooths the Qi (energy) in our emotional centers and allows us to vulnerable and gently communicate from our deepest source.
Marjoram Essential Oil – Marjoram essential oil has an almost perplexing nature. It is sweet and moderates and softens our whole body and is also packs an herbaceous punch, thus helping circulate stagnant Qi. It harmonizes the Lung, Liver and Stomach which all support the healthy and balanced functioning of the Heart center.
Geranium Essential Oil – This sweet florally oil helps support the grounding of our Hearts. When our heart senses it is safe through earthing, its natural function is to trust and love. It also harmonizes and softens the Liver and Kidney.
Cinnamon Essential Oil – From an herbal perspective, with its red color and hot and spicy nature, it is considered a fire within fire oil. You never need or want to much cinnamon essential oil In a blend as it can easily take over, the same way when Fire blazes out of control, we can become hot headed and uncharacteristically identified with our emotional state. It supports the water/fire elemental connection as well as the connection between earth and wood.
Where to Roll
Rolling along the Heart, Small Intestine, Pericardium & San Jiao meridians will help support the healthy and balanced function of the Fire Element.
