TO find Triple Energizer, we are going to use our 2 Cen measurement, don’t worry about that if you don’t know what that is. take 3 fingerbreadths, go to the outside crease of your wrist. Measure that 3 fingerbreadths and TE 5 is, in the middle, so you can feel it very obviously between tendons and bones, right there. So it’s 3 fingerbreadths up and it’s right there. This point is called outer gate and so it’s perfect for tall the theory we just spoke about. What I recommend is massing into it and finding the tender spots. You can also if you feel more like. you are struggling with mental emotional stuff, you can touch it very lightly until you feel the shift.
